Union Bank’s “Bank Freely” promotion is their

most successful mailing. Multiple mentions of the

offer and bold $0 incentives resonated with the

audience. The campaign extended to digital, with

the opportunity for testing. T2 would correspond

with the same visual as the direct mail — building

on continuity. The results bore no sufficient

difference in this case: both tests performed well.


Best Practice, the use of “Easy Steps.” Ease and

convenience are important factors for consumers.

The “Interest Rate” mailer with the Gator Pull

OE provided a great open rate. With “Exclusive Invitation” messaging, it built to the curiosity

of what’s inside. As did the pull tab, engaging

the consumer to tear open the envelope.

Signage

With a new branch location opening, the opportunity to create the overall signage fell to us. The choice

of lifestyle and black and white photography were

selected. This design maximized the use of the

Union Bank logo and recognizable Red Tulip. Bonus

creative was also presented, which was well received.
